  • Generate Sales Growth for the Company's portfolio of Control Techniques and KB Electronics brands of variable frequency drives, servo systems, motors, and services to meet booking goals.
  • Conduct daily sales appointments to existing and prospective customers to promote Nidec Drives solutions, with a focus on in-person meetings.
  • Develop and maintain a sales plan for assigned territory/accounts that meets or exceeds the order plan and grows market share, with a key activity being new business development of target accounts.
