Job Summary
Serve as the technical authority for power electronics hardware within C&I motor control and drive products.
Lead the architecture, detailed design, simulation, validation, and industrialization of power electronics hardware—from concept through product launch.
Operate with a high degree of autonomy, providing technical leadership, design direction, and mentoring other engineers while partnering closely with firmware, mechanical, manufacturing, quality, and supplier teams.
