• The Sr Sales Support Specialist provides guidance and support to sales with processing applications in compliance with Policies and Procedures and general workflow issues.
• This position also has responsibility to assist sales in process perform reviews for adherence with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) policies.
