This role is responsible for conducting training needs analysis, creating blended learning solutions, coordinating and managing projects, consulting with business leaders on learning solutions and implementing measures to ensure effectiveness.
Supports a collaborative learning culture that engages employees, managers, and the associate readiness team as partners in building the organizational skill base.
