Salary
Base: $169,300 - $253,900 USD (Atlanta); Base: $160,800 - $285,700 USD (Other US locations); Bonus/Equity: Eligible for Workday Bonus Plan and annual refresh stock grants
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
J.D. degree and state bar membership
7+ years employment counseling experience
Prior in-house HR or People & Purpose support
Expertise in US and Americas employment laws
Experience with AI and automation compliance
Nice-to-have
Strong business mindset and commercial awareness
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Proactive problem solving and relationship building
Experience managing external counsel
Growth-oriented hands-on approach to policy design
