  • Assist the Director of Nursing Services in directing the day to day functions of the nursing activities in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines that govern the long term care facility.
  • Ensure that all nursing service personnel comply with established policies, procedures, and safety standards to provide quality care to residents.
  • Participate in developing, maintaining, and implementing quality assurance programs and infection control measures to ensure resident and staff safety.
