Job Summary
Provide overall vision and direction to the AGS Central Europe Region, responsible for metric reporting, forecasting, performance and process improvement, and setting budget and strategic direction.
Lead staff to ensure customer installation, repair, and maintenance activities comply with company policies, business processes, and quality standards, while developing process improvements.
Develop strong working relationships with regional peers, divisional and corporate functional leaders to ensure alignment on daily operations and strategic initiatives.
