Job Summary
The Hoist and Shaft Superintendent is accountable for the planning, coordination and direction of safe production, as well as mechanical and electrical maintenance, in the shafts, shaft facilities, hoists, and headframes.
Responsibilities include managing and supervising people, scheduling maintenance, planning and implementing predictive and preventative maintenance, and ensuring adherence to regulations.
