Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Packaging, Design, Business, or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in packaging artwork coordination, packaging project management, design implementation, or similar executional roles
  • Strong understanding of artwork systems, pre press processes, file formats, print requirements, and artwork approval workflows
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Strong collaboration skills with cross functional teams and external partners
  • Familiarity with VIS/design guidelines
  • Detail oriented, organized, disciplined, and efficient under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced, ambiguous environment with high operational volume
