Employees must ensure the safety and comfort of residents by assisting with bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility while maintaining strict confidentiality of health information.
The role requires frequent communication with supervisors and nursing staff to report changes in resident condition, accidents, or suspected abuse immediately.
