Base: $205,000.00 - $275,000.00 Annual Salary; Bonus/Equity: Not specified; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, ESOP, paid vacation, and more
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
10+ years construction experience
Design-Build delivery process expertise
K-12 and Community College DSA experience
Leadership of high performing teams
AutoCAD or Revit software proficiency
Virtual Design Construction (VDC) knowledge
Nice-to-have
LEED and DBIA credentials preferred
Experience with BIM 360 and Bluebeam
Strong enterprise mindset and adaptability
Excellent written and verbal communication
Strategic talent planning and succession management
Key Requirements
Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or equivalent
10+ years of construction experience with extensive estimating/preconstruction background
CA DSA experience specifically with K-12 and Community Colleges
Proven experience leading high performing teams and developing succession plans
