Job Summary

• This role is critical to the success of our North American supply chain, serving as the local subject-matter support for Indirect and CapEx purchases.
• Execute and support the procurement process for moderate complexity Indirect Services and CapEx purchases, including compiling bid documents and presenting recommendations.
• Manage supplier deliveries and invoice discrepancies to ensure a timely procure-to-pay process and cultivate supplier relationships to maximize long-term value.

Skills & Requirements

Key Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in procurement
• Post-Secondary education in Business, Supply Chain Management, Materials Management or related field preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Applications
• Professional fluency in Spanish (written and verbal) is considered an asset
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong analytical skills
