The incumbent will be accountable for delivering financial and operating results, budgeting, forecasting, analysis, reporting, and business development support.
The role requires leading the preparation of monthly financial reporting packages and collaborating as a cross-functional business partner to develop strategic plans.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
7+ years of finance experience
Multi-facility manufacturing experience
ERP proficiency (Oracle & Hyperion)
Lean manufacturing environment knowledge
Nice-to-have
Master's degree in Business Administration
Experience with Lean Accounting
Strong presentation and forecasting skills
Cross-functional business partnership
Continuous improvement initiatives
Key Requirements
Minimum 7 years of finance experience
Experience within a manufacturing company with multi-facility responsibility
Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
Proficient knowledge of Oracle & Hyperion ERP applications
