Job Summary
The Compass PLUS program delivers intensive, wraparound support to the highest-risk patients in the Mass General Brigham Medicaid Accountable Care Organization.
The Primary Care Physician will manage a small panel of approximately 100 medically and socially complex patients primarily through home visits and community settings.
This role offers high clinical autonomy within a collaborative model while serving as a consultant for other patients receiving wrap-around services.

Key Requirements
MD or DO degree in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
Board certified or board eligible status
Minimum 3 years of primary care experience
Eligible for Massachusetts medical licensure and DEA registration
