Job Summary

  • This is a highly visible, client-facing leadership role, accountable for delivery excellence, financial performance, regulatory compliance, and long-term client satisfaction.
  • The APD serves as a strategic partner to clients, providing strong oversight across global, cross-functional teams while actively identifying risks, driving solutions, and ensuring studies are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • This role also contributes to business development efforts and plays a critical role in mentoring and developing project management talent.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of clinical trial project management experience

  • Demonstrated working knowledge across clinical trial functions
  • Proven experience leading client-facing programs
  • Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally
