Job Summary

• Customer Technical Architects are customer-centric technical thought leaders and evangelists within the organization, ensuring the effectiveness and success of the wider Customer Experience and Sales functions by removing technical barriers to success.
• They will be responsible for technical enablement, helping ensure our customers have early knowledge of new features and products, and how they can be applied within a customers landscape to drive positive business outcomes.
• An additional goal of this position is to help drive an engaging and results driven technical training curriculum, working closely with the training team to formalize this wherever possible.
