Key Requirements
Post-secondary degree or diploma or equivalent
2+ years managerial experience in environmental services/maintenance
Experience in a unionized environment
Knowledge of building systems (plumbing, electrical, mechanical, HVAC)
Experience with housekeeping, laundry, and maintenance practices
Willing to enroll in Property Admin Certificate (PAC) program
