  • Oversee and support the operational pre-event set-up at all concessions locations, as well as the post event clean-up.
  • Supervises and works closely with all concessions staff to ensure that product is properly set and displayed prior to the start of each event.
  • Develops the ability to use the FOH POS system and BOH inventory systems including training and problem solving.

  • Ability to lift 10-30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds
  • RAMP certification required
