Key Requirements

  • 5+ years prospecting experience in not-for-profit markets
  • 5+ years selling 401(a), 403(b), and 457(b) plans
  • Experience working with plan sponsor C-level executives
  • Solid understanding of qualified and non-qualified pension markets
  • College Degree
  • FINRA Series 6 or 7, 63 or 65 and state insurance licenses
  • Ability to travel in territory 50% of the time
