Job Summary
As a Shift Leader Preventive Maintenance, you will ensure the maximum availability of our production equipment and drive a strong culture of prevention, reliability, and continuous improvement.
You will be responsible for preventive maintenance, ensuring stable equipment operation and minimizing unplanned downtime, as well as conducting root cause analysis (RCA) and deriving sustainable measures.
