You will participate in developing policies, procedures, and quality assurance programs while assisting the Director of Nursing in managing departmental operations.
This role requires direct involvement in resident care planning, medication monitoring, and coordinating with physicians, families, and government agencies.

Key Requirements
Current active RN license in the state
Minimum 2 years experience in long-term care
Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university
Current CPR certification required
Training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices preferred
