Job Summary
Lead a team that handles onsite maintenance activities to guarantee equipment availability, reliability and performance in line with OEM recommendations and maintenance standards.
Ensure quality & timely completion of all the maintenance conducted by his team members and adhere to company’s QHSE, policies and procedures on sites.
Participate in daily Meetings, conduct induction, performance appraisal, development and training of direct reports, and assist in the recruitment of local staff.
