Key Requirements

  • 7+ years of commercial/industrial HVACR experience
  • 5+ years with VAV, CRAC, and packaged equipment up to 100 tons
  • Valid EPA-608 Universal Refrigeration License required
  • Associate's degree in HVACR or formal apprenticeship completion
  • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Clean Motor Vehicle Report with no major violations in last 36 months
  • Experience with BAS, CMMS, and CAFM software tools
