Directly involved in the sales and client relationship process for assigned accounts, including ongoing relationship management and negotiation of pricing and terms.

Key Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or related field
Seven (7) years executive level sales/management experience
Two (2) years PEO industry experience
Life and Health Group 1 Insurance License
Demonstrate deep and broad business acumen
Proven strategic relationship manager at executive level
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
Strong leadership, negotiation, influencing, and presentation skills
Excellent analytical and problem resolution skills
