The successful candidate will provide Tier 3 technical support by troubleshooting complex platform issues including performance connectivity and file-locking.

Must-have
Bentley ProjectWise administration experience
Autodesk Forma and BIM Collaborate Pro support
CADD management for Autodesk and Bentley tools
Integration of Revit Civil 3D AutoCAD MicroStation
10 years professional IT/CADD experience

Strong analytical and root-cause problem-solving skills
Clear communication with technical and non-technical audiences
Collaboration with IT BIM VDC and engineering teams
Experience with SSO and identity management integrations
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in IT Computer Science Engineering Technology or equivalent
Minimum 10 years of professional IT/CADD experience
Substantial hands-on administration with Bentley ProjectWise (7+ years)
Hands-on experience with Autodesk Forma (3+ years)
