Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • CIPD qualified preferred
  • Solid knowledge of European labour laws
  • Extensive experience managing ER across Europe
  • Proven track record leading complex ER matters
  • Experience managing interactions with social partners
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
