Lead with a safety mindset that ensures that every US Foods associate remains injury free, always.
Develop Warehouse Managers through one-on-one coaching, training on policy & procedures, assisting in problem resolution when required, and leading by example.

Salary
Base: $85,000 - $145,000; Bonus/Equity: annual incentive plan bonus; Benefits: health insurance, pre-tax spending accounts, retirement benefits, paid time off, short-term and long-term disability, employee stock purchase plan, and life insurance

Key Requirements
Minimum of seven years of experience in warehouse management
High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
Familiarity with inventory control, OSHA, HACCP
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) a plus
