Skills & Requirements
Must-have
3+ years experience with Masters background
FastSpice based verification for DRAM
Full Chip Analog Spice Simulation across PVTs
Develop test cases and stimulus for coverage
Collaborate with cross-geo teams in US and Japan
Nice-to-have
Experience with HBM/DRAM/SRAM memory fields
Hands-on SV/UVM based verification skills
Scripting skills using Perl or Python
Knowledge of Static Timing Analysis concepts
Experience building Analog Full Chip environments
Key Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience
Masters degree preferred
Good understanding of CMOS and FinFET technologies
Proficiency with simulation tools like Virtuoso and FineSim
