Must-have
5+ years manufacturing operations experience
Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methods
Experience improving OEE and inventory metrics
Ability to lead Kaizen events and Tier meetings
Nice-to-have
Master's degree in relevant field
Fluent in written and spoken English
Experience with 3MEx methodology
Strong change management skills
