Job Summary

  • Lead a team of HSE specialists and contribute to improving Health, Safety and environmental (HSE) performance in the respective organization to ensure an exemplary health and safety culture as well as a strong focus on environment.
  • Support the business by applying in-depth HSE knowledge to offer solutions and advice, facilitating delivery of support from Hub, BU and Center of Expertise (CoE) and ensuring effective risk management through HSE excellence along Hitachi Energy's Value chain.

Key Requirements

  • 10-12 years working in the HSE field
  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in electrical/ mechanical environmental engineering
  • Full time Safety course (at least 1 year)
  • NEBOSH preferred
  • OSHA training program an added advantage
  • Strong technical knowledge in construction activities
  • Knowledge about workplace risk assessment methodologies
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Applications
  • Ability to Audit and Incident Reporting
  • In depth knowledge of country legislation
  • Knowledge of environmental laws and regulations
