This position is responsible for planning, implementing, and overseeing change initiatives with an organization.
The Change Realization Consultant is responsible to support fellow change colleagues with organizing events such has change implementation planning sessions, education, and the enterprise-wide community of practice.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Admin, Education or related field
2 years of experience leading and supporting teams through change initiatives
Familiarity with change management methodology like CAP, Prosci, SEF
Change Management certification preferred
Master’s Degree in Healthcare Admin, Education or related field
