The primary purpose of your job position is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.
You will be responsible for assisting residents with daily functions including bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene, as well as monitoring and recording vital signs.
This role requires you to maintain resident confidentiality and report any changes in resident condition or any observed accidents and incidents promptly.
