Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Willingness to complete four-year tool maker apprenticeship
  • Knowledge of mechanical systems and basic troubleshooting
  • Ability to lift 35 pounds and push/pull 45 pounds
  • Stereo optical vision of 20/40 or better
  • Ability to work at heights and in extreme temperatures
  • Valid forklift certification and ability to operate safely

Nice-to-have

  • Self-motivated and self-disciplined work ethic
  • Experience with pneumatic and hydraulic systems
  • Ability to work independently in isolated areas
  • Strong verbal communication skills for radio use
  • Adherence to safety policies and codes of ethics

Key Requirements
