• This hands-on role plays a key part in designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and taking ownership of DevOps architecture, establishing governance frameworks, and leading/mentoring a team to ensure scalable, compliant, and efficient development practices.
• You will play a key role in optimizing tools and processes, guiding DevOps strategy, and enabling smooth and reliable product development across multiple projects.

Base: $91,000 to $151,800.00; Bonus/Equity: eligible for an annual performance bonus; Benefits: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, group legal insurance, pension, 401k, long-term incentive program

Key Requirements

• 5+ years experience in a prior DevOps role
• B.S / M.S. in computer science, math, computer engineering, electrical engineering or an engineering field or equivalent work experience
• Experience in the medical device industry is strongly preferred
