Job Summary

• As Business Development Manager — Orthopedic Wound Closure, you’ll accelerate adoption of advanced closure solutions in Orthopedics & Spine across the Netherlands by building strategic partnerships, converting surgeons into advocates, and driving market growth for Johnson & Johnson MedTech.
• You will be responsible for leading the market expansion of Stratafix™ and Prineo™ within Orthopedic and Spine surgery, identifying high-value target accounts, and owning the orthopedic wound closure strategy.
• In addition to base pay, we offer an annual bonus, vacation days, parental leave, well-being reimbursement, and various insurance plans.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• ≥5 years commercial experience in Medical Devices
• Proven network and experience within Orthopedics
• Fluent in Dutch and English
