Job Summary

• Under the guidance of the direct manager, responsible for the formulation and optimization of the Medical Department's digital and AI strategy, closely following industry development trends and promoting the digital transformation process of the Medical Department.
• Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to promote the implementation of digital and AI projects (including but not limited to eMSL, MindSearch, etc.), ensuring projects are advanced efficiently and on schedule.
• Develop digital project management standards, monitor project progress, evaluate project results, and continuously optimize processes.
