Job Summary
Own the day-to-day performance and customer journey of madhappy.com, responsible for merchandising execution, KPI tracking, site health, and conversion optimization.
Partner with Content and external dev partners for onsite modules, assets, and implementation, ensuring the full customer journey is optimized and functioning as expected.

Key Requirements
4–8 years ecommerce experience
Strong GA4 experience
Deep Shopify experience
Experience running CRO initiatives
Excellent project management + QA discipline
Strong communication and operating cadence
