Lucid Motors is seeking a Paid Media Specialist to support their Growth Marketing team in managing and optimizing multichannel paid media campaigns. The ideal candidate should have extensive paid media experience, strong analytical skills, and project management abilities
Job Summary
Support the Growth Marketing team in the execution, optimization, and operational management of multichannel paid media campaigns.
Monitor Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns daily, reviewing pacing, delivery, and performance trends, and partnering with the media agency on optimizations, QA, and troubleshooting.
Build and maintain weekly and monthly reporting across performance and brand KPIs (CPA, CTR, CVR, ROAS, reach, frequency, VCR), using tools such as Excel, GA4, Looker Studio, or vendor dashboards.

Key Requirements
4+ years of paid media experience
Hands-on execution in Paid Social platforms
Experience with Programmatic, CTV/OTT, or OOH
Proficiency with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Looker Studio
Strong Excel proficiency
Familiarity with project management tools
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
