  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
  • 0-3 years experience for RN I level
  • 3-5 years experience for RN II level
  • 5+ years experience and Bachelor's Degree required for RN III level
  • Master's Degree in Nursing preferred for RN III level
  • Specialty certification(s) preferred for RN III level
