The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and are responsible for reporting all changes in resident condition, accidents, and suspected abuse immediately.
The role requires assisting residents with daily functions such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility while maintaining strict confidentiality of protected health information.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant required
Perform daily nursing care procedures
Monitor and report changes in resident condition
Maintain resident confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
Assist with lifting turning and transporting residents
Record vital signs and intake/output accurately

Create warm and positive atmosphere for residents
Effective communication with nursing team
Ability to work weekends and 12-hour shifts
Experience with restorative and rehabilitative procedures
Strong observation skills for skin breakdown detection
Key Requirements
Must possess a valid Certified Nursing Assistant license
