Skills & Requirements
Must-have
7+ years progressive HR experience
3+ years HRBP or field-facing role
Strong knowledge of US employment law
Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables
Experience with ADP or Workday HRIS systems

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
Minimum 7 years of progressive HR experience
