Key Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED or equivalent
  • Registry by Board of Polysomnographic Technologists
  • Passed NBRC as RRT
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • 3 years of experience in sleep disorders testing
  • Proficient in sleep testing equipment
  • Knowledge of sleep/wake cycle pathologies
  • EEG theory for sleep monitoring
  • Cardiopulmonary physiology during sleep
