The Senior HOP Specialist provides subject matter expertise in Human and Organizational Performance to embed principles into operational excellence and safety programs.
This role is responsible for strengthening global organizational capability by mentoring leaders and enabling learning teams across Chevron.
The position partners with OE/HSE practitioners to align HOP approaches with incident investigation and operational excellence models.
