PATH is seeking a temporary Associate Recruiter to support their Talent Acquisition efforts, specifically targeting the Asia, Middle East, and Europe regions. The role involves developing recruiting strategies, managing the full recruitment lifecycle, and collaborating with HR partners to ensure the hiring of top talent in line with PATH's mission of health equity

Job Summary

  • This role will partner closely with our HR Business Partners and Country Program Leaders to develop a long-term strategy to hire top talent, improve processes, develop, and implement creative pipeline strategy.
  • Responsibilities include developing comprehensive recruiting strategies, talent market research and talent pipelines, and recruiting and hiring talent in the Asia, Middle East & Europe (AMEE) region.
  • Proven effectiveness leading talent searches while demonstrating professionalism, discretion, fairness, and confidentiality.
