Job Summary

  • Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents for projects while ensuring compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
  • Evaluate contractor quotations, recommend contract awards, and monitor project costs to maintain budgets throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors and provide financial advice and cost reports to support project delivery.
