Job Summary
The Sr IT Service Delivery Engineer will be responsible for ensuring reliable technology operations in Costa Rica manufacturing sites, managing infrastructure and application services.
This role requires E2E operational ownership, proactive monitoring, and leading projects through the infrastructure and software development lifecycle using Agile methodologies.
The position involves partnership with Engineering/Automation, driving IT Cybersecurity strategy, and ensuring compliance with all company guidelines related to Health, Safety, and Environmental practices.
