Job Summary

  • The Executive Compensation Analyst will support businesses in all areas of executive compensation, including strategy design, administration, execution, and ad hoc reporting.
  • This role will partner closely with members of the broader Human Capital team, Legal & Compliance, Finance, and directly with business leaders across the firm.
  • Key responsibilities include assisting with compensation design and analysis, supporting the year-end compensation process, performing complex compensation analyses, and monitoring labor market trends.
