The Executive Compensation Analyst will support businesses in all areas of executive compensation, including strategy design, administration, execution, and ad hoc reporting.
This role will partner closely with members of the broader Human Capital team, Legal & Compliance, Finance, and directly with business leaders across the firm.
Key responsibilities include assisting with compensation design and analysis, supporting the year-end compensation process, performing complex compensation analyses, and monitoring labor market trends.
