Job Summary

• The Laboratory Technical Liaison is responsible for providing technical support pre- and post-sale for moderate and high complex accounts to provide information and guidance customers need to navigate new technology decisions and assay implementations confidently.
• Success will be demonstrated by the ability to achieve sales goals, support sales strategies, and keep customers up to date on assay and product changes.
• This position is eligible for a remote work arrangement in which you can work remotely from your home.

Base: $90,000-$110,000; Bonus/Equity: eligible for bonus/incentive pay; Benefits: comprehensive package including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k)

Skills & Requirements

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of related work experience OR Master’s degree with 3+ years OR Doctoral degree with 2+ years
• Minimum of 3 years Medical Technologist (MT)/Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) experience OR 3 years formal training experience
• Minimum of 1 year experience in commercial operations FAS, MT, CLS, MLS, MLT training or teaching
• Demonstrated success in following corporate process and administrative requirements
• 75% travel required
