Job Summary

  • Serve as a named resource and trusted advisor for Salesforce’s customer organizations, forging deep relationships and maintaining awareness of key events, needs, and value drivers.
  • Act as the Marketing Cloud Subject Matter Expert for the customer, responsible for orchestration of all Signature outcomes, experience, and renewal, and expansion.
  • Forge strong multidisciplinary relationships with Sales, Engineering, and Product Management to lead and coordinate customer relationships for success and growth.
