Skills & Requirements
Must-have
3-5 years Record to Report experience
Strong IFRS and company accounting policies knowledge
Month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close expertise
Journal entries, accruals, provisions, and adjustments
Balance sheet reconciliations and substantiation
P&L review and variance analysis skills
Internal and external audit support experience
Nice-to-have
Strong SAP closing and reporting experience
Familiarity with SOX or control-based environments
Experience maintaining SOPs and process documentation
Ability to deliver activities in line with SLAs and KPIs
Proactive identification of control gaps and issues
Support for continuous improvement and automation initiatives
High attention to detail with right-first-time mindset
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
Professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA, CA) preferred or pursuing
3-5 years relevant RTR experience in Shared Services
Medium-to-high complexity entity support experience
